Terms of Use

Agreement
These terms govern access to the PurrPad interface, including token discovery, token launch preparation, wallet connection, and interactions with HyperEVM smart contracts.
Noncustodial Interface
PurrPad does not hold assets, private keys, or seed phrases. Every transaction is initiated by the user and submitted through the user's wallet.
Network and Transactions
HyperEVM transactions may be irreversible, delayed, fail, or execute differently from estimates. Users are responsible for reviewing token addresses, approvals, fees, slippage, and network details before signing.
Launch Content
Token creators are responsible for token names, tickers, descriptions, images, links, and communities they submit through PurrPad.
Production Details
Provide the final operator name, support email, contract addresses, fee schedule, risk disclosures, governing law, restricted jurisdictions, and counsel-approved terms before public launch.
